  After moving to AZ, I had some pretty substantial fraud occur at a different bank. I closed my accounts and walked into this Chase Bank location to set up my new accounts. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic of my financial situation. They understood and acknowledged my stress about the fraud at the other bank and even gave me pointers about how to protect myself further (as AZ is one of the highest fraud states in the country). I appreciated being treated like a human being during my time in the bank. Would definitely recommend Chase Bank! Especially this location.
